Kent expo to top property ladder

A major, free event featuring leading property experts and TV presenter Dominic Littlewood is set to take place next month in Kent.

The South East Property Expo, now in its third year, has quickly become the region’s biggest property event attracting buyers, sellers, investors and landlords from across Kent, Surrey and East Sussex.

A not-for-profit event organised by Thackray Williams Solicitors, the South East Property Expo is Kent, Sussex and Surrey’s premier property show and aims to bring together people and businesses across the property spectrum all under one roof for a day.

This year’s expo will take place on Thursday, October 17 at The Hop Farm in Paddock Wood and will feature a keynote speaker appearance from consumer champion and scourge of cowboy builders Dominic.

Dominic has been a well-known television presenter since 2000 and has headed a number of property and consumer TV shows such as Fake Britain, Cowboy Builders, Saints and Scroungers and Don’t Get Done, Get Dom.

Other speakers on the day include Jenny Hayes (an expert in the KonMari Tidying Method created by Marie Kondo), Blue Peter gardener Lee Connelly and the DIY Doers, along with an all-day antique valuation station led by experts Catherine Southon and Mark Stacey.

Regular TV personalities Catherine and Mark are frequently on shows such as Bargain Hunt, Flog It and Antiques Road Trip.

A free dedicated shuttle bus will be available to the event from the major stations while the event will also include a free sparkling wine bar by Squerryes vineyard and award-winning food and drink from Tonbridge Old Fire Station (T.O.F.S).

With the aim of providing help and assistance to those with an interest in all things property, it is a hugely popular event for home buyers and sellers, developers, investors and landlords with trusted suppliers and advisors.

South East Property Expo 2019 features exhibitors, business opportunities, practical advice seminars and networking giving visitors access to a wide range of local experts to help them make the most of their properties.
