Are you fed up with all that clutter in your home? These FIVE easy and simple tips will give you some breathing space.

When it comes to finding storage, the answer may not necessarily be in your closest DIY or furniture store.

Sometimes, you can just think outside the box and come up with your own clever way to everything tidy and in check.

Shelves are a great way to store away things that would otherwise just be lying around. They not only declutter but they can also make inspiring decor if used with a little imagination.

You should never be afraid to take advantage of all that wall space.

There are many creative and simple ways to store things without spending much time or money.

Some of these ways are ideal for small homes or flats where there simply isn’t enough space to just throw everything in a drawer or cupboard.

Are there things hiding under your bed? One of the best and more popular places for storage are under beds. Today, you can find some many different ways or styles to put away bulky things such as linen, towels, toys and even documents. If your bed doesn’t have built in storage, simply get some boxes with wheels and simply pull them in and out using a stick with a hook attached to the end.

Be divisive when it comes to drawers This may not occur to many people but having dividers in your draw is a great way to not only make more space but also make your drawer more tidy. Rather than having to burrow or rummage through a draw to find utensils or clothes, you can find what you’re looking for so much easier when you know which side it’s on.

Hooks on a cupboard door Have you ever noticed how much space there is inside your kitchen cupboard? Simply adding hooks (even adhesive ones) to the inside of your cupboard door is a great way to hide away things like kitchen towels, oven gloves, wipes or even some clunky utensils.

Take advantage of your radiator Do you have a radiator you don’t really use that often? Why not get a cover for it or maybe even put a shelf above it to make storage or even to display things.

Untangling Christmas lights Don’t you just hate when you have to sit there untangling lines and lines of Christmas lights every time you get the Christmas tree out? Just wrap them around a clothes hanger and put them away.
