The market town of Sevenoaks has for many years been a desirable place to live and work. The town boasts frequent trains to London, access to the M25 and M26, as well as being within half an hour of Tunbridge Wells and Bluewater.

The town is a mix of historic and stylish modern properties. With the Bligh's Shopping Centre located in the town centre. The town is home to a small Marks and Spencer, Waitrose and Tesco supermarkets, as well as an abundance of restaurants and bars.

Outside of the nightlife, there is plenty of history near by. The town is home to Knole Park and House. Built in the 1400's, this impressive landmark is surrounded by a 1000 acre deer park, and reportedly boasts 365 rooms, 56 staircases, 12 entrances and 7 courtyards. Near to the town are the historic villages of Otford, where the ruins of the former Archbishop's palace can be found, Seal, home to a historic church, and the picturesque villages of Kemsing and Weald. A short drive away is Westerham, the home of Sir Winston Churchill.

There are many period properties in the town centre, as well as a number of recent developments on the outskirts. Properties in the area vary from entry level apartments, to multi-million pound mansions.
