We chose this house because it has a warm and friendly atmosphere and plenty of character. We are close to the Walpole Bay hotel, the indoor and outdoor bowls club and the tennis courts. It is only a short walk to the shops in Northdown Road or we can stroll down to Margate seafront, Dreamland, the Old Town shops and restaurants and the Turner Gallery. Alternatively we wander along to Botany Bay and the North Foreland golf course.
