Property DESCRIPTION

A truly stunning three-bedroom apartment with garden within close proximity to Folkestone Central Station.

Situated on the first floor of the building is the remarkably spacious apartment boasting three double bedrooms, a kitchen/diner, large bathroom and great sized lounge.

A welcoming hallway as you come through the front door. Off to the first left is a beautifully designed bathroom with a WC, hand basin, rolltop freestanding bath and double walk in shower. Marble tile surround and panelled walls.

Opposite is the master bedroom, boasting a massive 23.7sqm. Built in wardrobes along one wall and a lovely bay window overlooking the gardens at the back. A feature fireplace to keep the character of the building throughout. Bedroom 2 is another large double bedroom, again including a bay window and feature fireplace. This bedroom will come with bedroom furniture and built in wardrobe space. The third bedroom is the smallest of the three but still big enough to fit in a double bedroom with more built in storage.

The lounge has double aspect windows letting in floods of light making the space feel even bigger. Another fireplace feature.

The kitchen is fitted with shaker style white units and solid oak worktops with a stylish butler sink, integrated cooker and induction hob with extractor fan, integrated dishwasher, washing machine and a freestanding American Style Fridge/Freezer. The dining space is a great space for a large dining room table with lighting above and floor to ceiling windows with tiled flooring.

A communal side garden shared between two flats is accessible also with lawn and some concrete to put a table and chairs.
