It provides all we need; there is a great mix of independent shops, restaurants and bars. We enjoy having a seafront stroll or walking in the nearby countryside, whilst having easy access to main roads and the train station for connections out of the area.There are no houses opposite us, so you have a feeling of space before you ve even stepped foot inside. We love the welcoming and family atmosphere of our home, there is plenty of space for anyone who visits. The rooms have high ceilings and original features and we benefit from plenty of versatility across our home.Our family barbecues and parties are always enjoyable, especially with the two living rooms and conservatory that makes hosting easy we have comfortably accommodated our large family of 17 for Sunday dinner. The outside spaces feel a real part of the home too, we love the flow through to our lovely garden from the conservatory.We have renovated many elements of our home, so this is a property you can move straight in to, but there is still further potential for adapting the spaces.
