I have lived in a number of retirement flats over the years and chose this one as I could see the potential it offered. The flat resembled something from the 1960s and clearly had not been updated since it was built. In the time I have been here I have updated the shower room, the kitchen and redecorated throughout. Homepine House has a great community where people can get together and enjoy each other's company with activities taking place regularly. The residents' lounge is the perfect environment in which to socialise with friends and loved ones and even has a licensed bar. Outside, beautifully maintained gardens are great for spending time in on warmer days. With the town centre so close by the location couldn't be more convenient.
