Lawrence & Co has roots in Hythe going back to Finnis & Ronalds in 1827.
Its principal, Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Tim Lawrence, has been in practice in Hythe since 1972. He and his experienced team, who specialise in selling residential properties in the middle and upper parts of the market, have all lived in the area for many years and are able to give good all-round advice requiring local knowledge.
